all the staff there..never show u a smiling face..
i hope utar's president can realize this big problem..
and will organize a campaign..work together with GIORDANO..
with this concept..
all utar staff wear this t-shirt..say NO to formal!!
they never talk to u nicely..

Case 1 : me leonard hongtat..
3 sabahan wanna ask them to know the exam timetable...
so tat we can book our flight ticket earlier...
we : erm can we know our exam timetable? cos we are from east malaysia so wanna book ticket earlier..staff : i don know o..this is not we in charge one..u go ask exam department la!we : ha? exam department? where the exam department?staff : PJ there lo..(go PJ need 1 hour!)..is they arrange one..go ask them la..we : can help us ask ar?staff : (skip us) aiya timetable wont release tat fast la..around week 6 week 7 then will know de la!fine...we just walk out...week 6 or 7 the ticket price i can sit 1st class of MAS liao...
Case 2 :
we going to take our result slip..
we went to 3rd floor...
we : excuse me..we wanna take our result slip..staff : we moving our faculty office to 1st floor la..all those documents very messy..we : cannot find for us ar?staff : haiya u guys got short sem rite? come back next week la..got class ma..sure will come de rite..we : next week which day we can take ar?staff : when got class then come take la!1 week later.....we : can we take our result slip?staff : not yet can take la...next week u guys come again la...we : !@#$%^&*~!@#$%^&*NAH _|_!!!!!
Case 3 :
all my friends get their student bills for short sem..but i haven get mine...
i go to financial department and ask..this staff better...more polite...
me : excuse me..i wanna ask why all my friends get their student bill but i haven get minestaff : wat's ur id?me : 09xxxxx staff : (checking) sorry..u have to go faculty office and ask...me : erm ok (although i very hate tat place)go down faculty office...me : excuse me..i wanna ask why all my friends get their student bill but i haven get minestaff : wat's ur id?me : 09xxxxxstaff : oh..ur bill is considered paid..so u no need pay for this sem...me : ha? how come?staff : erm..here show tat u still have balance in utar..so ur bill considered paid..me : ok thanks (very happy)few days later...i received a phone call during my lunch..
staff : are u Mr Chua Teck Liang? im calling from utar..i wanna inform u tat the bill for short semester is on ur student portal now.me : ha? i tot tat day the faculty office said my bill considered paid?staff : erm no..u have to pay it..me : wat? so now is utar mistake la?staff : ya..u go ur student portal and pay it...me : (mistake but without a SORRY) when is the due date?staff : this friday..(tat day is wednesday)me : last week said no need pay..now u tell me need to pay again...and u wanna me to get rm1.7k within 2 days time?!staff : then when u can get the money?me : now is ur mistake and u suddenly wan me go find rm1.7k for the fees?!staff : so how long time u need?me : at least also next week la!staff : ok u must pay ur bill by next week...(kap phone)...................................................................
speechless...
as an education foundation..even u don provide a good facilities..a good customer service...
at least show some respect la...with this attitude also dare to come out work..
u don expect other will respect u if urself also cant respect other!

last week is birthday of my big brother chu say jiang!
lol with a very kind heart~he spend us BBQ!
i take a long lrt and ktm to reach his place..
haha worth la..brother ma..
i think i never miss ur birthday since primary 2! LOL
except last year haha...

ur secondary school friends will be ur friend until u old~
but the worst ever friend i ever see..
i don wanna say his/her name out...but many of u know who is him/her
maybe im too late..too late realize tat..
many many friends surrounding him/her feel disappointed with him/her
even some are friends since primary sch..almost 10 years friends...
i just know him/her for 3 years..the big lucky inside unluckiness...
although a period we are quite friend...
but luckily i can see clearly everything on time...
when he/she need ur help..he/she will act like 10 years friend with u...
when he/she got his/her own activities..u use 10 years time oso cant find him/her
we share a lot of laughter during sch time~i appreciate tis friend a lot..
but too bad...i put a full stop on tis friendship le LOL
now we are just...EX CLASSMATE!
